Founded by Dr. Tyler Speelman, a practicing optometrist and one of Ohio’s top infantSEE providers, Speelman Eyecare Advisors was born from years of firsthand experience in optometry, practice management, and business investing. Tyler understands the challenge of balancing patient care with the demands of running a business. As an entrepreneur and investor, he has learned how to navigate financing, streamline operations, and build sustainable growth.

That unique blend of clinical knowledge and business expertise drives everything we do. We know what it’s like to sit across from a patient or client who needs your time and attention—and then pivot to managing staff, negotiating with vendors, or speaking with the bank. Our goal is to take the complexity out of that balance and equip professionals with the tools, strategies, and confidence to thrive in both arenas.

Supported by his wife, Katie, and their three children—Bella, Knox, and Gabby Jo—Tyler knows the importance of balancing work and life while building lasting success. Outside of the office, he brings the same discipline and focus to life as a marathon runner and Ironman finisher.
